Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If you are a consumer, you may use an ADR entity. The competent ADR centre depends on your residence or the place of service.
Indicative example (Lisbon area): Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa – CACCL) — [insert website].
We will indicate the competent ADR entity on request and on our invoices/contracts. You may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
If your services are exclusively B2B, state that ADR/consumer provisions do not apply.
