THE PROCESS
The process of obtaining the Residence Permit takes place in the Immigration Office (SEF) and is comprised of three phases:
- The Petitioning Phase: Online Submission + Pre-Approval (between 2 – 4 months)
- The Granting Phase: Appointment + Approval (between 6 – 8 months)
- Residency Card issuance (2 to 4 weeks)
